1. General Terms
This refund policy applies to all eSIM products and services sold by eSIM Turkey.
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions: eSIM has not been activated, request made within 14 days of purchase, and proof of purchase/transaction number provided.
Eligible for Refund
- ✓Non-activated eSIMs
- ✓eSIMs unusable due to technical reasons
- ✓Incorrect product delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗Activated eSIMs
- ✗Packages with data usage
- ✗Requests made after 14 days from purchase
3. Refund Process
Refund Request Requirements:
- Transaction number
- Reason for refund
- Contact information
Refund Payment: Refund to original payment method. Process completed within 5-10 business days. Refund amount equals original purchase amount.
5. EU Consumer Rights
Statutory Rights: 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers. Right to withdraw without giving a reason. Full refund including standard delivery costs.
Exceptions: Digital content delivered immediately, services that have begun with consumer's consent, customized or personalized products.
